If something doesn’t fit perfectly or you’re not fully happy with your order, eligible replacement requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.

Defective Products

Return Policy

Returns for Defective Products Only

MINI BHUNKS accepts returns only for defective products.

If your item is verified as defective, you can choose:

  • A replacement
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

Important Things to Remember

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory
  • Products must be unused and returned with:
    • Original tags
    • Packaging
    • Accessories

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us verify issues fairly, an unboxing video is required for all defective product claims.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition
  • Visible issue or defect

Requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Refund Process

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification
  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method or provided as store credit

Product Condition

Returned products must be sent back in original condition with:

  • Tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • Included accessories

Requests may not be accepted if items are damaged, used, or incomplete.

Safe Packaging

Please pack return items safely to avoid damage during transit.

Using the original packaging is highly recommended.

Return & Replacement Timeline

Once we receive and verify the returned product, replacements or refunds are usually completed within 3–7 working days.

Partial COD Policy

For Partial COD orders:

  • The advance amount paid is non-refundable if the order is refused or returned
  • Re-shipping requests require an additional ₹199 shipping payment
  • Partial COD payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

 

International Orders
